Employee Housing Policy The purpose of this policy is to reiterate the conditions placed within the offer letter and the consequences of departing from your training program early.

Guest Policy

• Guest Policy: No guests are allowed overnight in our apartments. Please understand that failure to adhere to this rule will result in being evicted from the apartment, and you will lose your housing deposit, and will not receive a training certificate or reference letter.

Drug-Free Workplace

• I understand that Frenchman’s Creek is a Drug Free Workplace and that this is a condition of my continued employment. • Further, I understand that Frenchman’s Creek conducts random drug testing which may include – saliva swabs, urine analysis, blood and/or hair samples. • Further, I understand that while I may travel the country and go to areas where some substances are legal, it is against Frenchman’s Creek Drug Free Workplace program and if I choose to use illegal substances even in another state or country where they may be legal and those substances are found to be in my system upon a random drug test, I may be subject to immediate termination of employment. • I understand that if requested for a random drug testing, refusal to submit to drug test will result in immediate termination of my employment at Frenchman’s Creek.

Community Rules and Regulations – as previously signed these are from the apartments

• I will not permit the apartment to be used for any illegal, immoral or improper purposes, and not to permit any disturbance, noise or annoyance whatsoever that may interfere with the comfort and peace of any of the inhabitants of the apartment complex or management, this includes loud televisions, stereos, radios, loud voices, etc. Please remember walls are thin and your neighbors may be able to hear you. • Nothing other than patio-type furniture shall be placed on the balconies, patios, terraces or lanais or other Common Areas. No linens, cloths, clothing, bathing suits or swimwear, curtains, rugs, mops or laundry of any kind or other articles shall be shaken or hung. • No grills are allowed on second story balconies or patios • Garbage must be taken to the waste receptacles – no garbage bags or cans are to be placed outside the apartment in walkways.
