Let this information/agreement serve as a FIRST NOTICE of the guidelines for the community you will be living in. 2nd Warning: If Frenchman’s Creek should receive a notice from the leasing office regarding noise complaints, garbage, unacceptable behavior, etc., all the roommates will be notified and this will be your 2nd warning. 3rd and Final Warning: If Frenchman’s Creek receives a 2nd call from the leasing office regarding noise complaints, garbage, unacceptable behavior, etc. , you may be asked to vacate our housing and secure your own housing and transportation or you may be dropped from the program and must return home.

Policy

FC Philosophies

It is understood that I will be an Ambassador of Frenchman’s Creek both in and outside the workplace. I will represent Frenchman’s Creek as a Lady or Gentleman and in a positive manner.

Ambassador of Frenchman’s Creek

I will protect the assets of Frenchman’s Creek both in and outside the workplace. This includes treating the apartment that I live in as my own. I will not intentionally damage the apartment. I will report to Human Resources any damages that have occurred, and if I caused the damage, I understand that it will be my responsibility to pay for the entire cost of repairs. Uncompromising levels of cleanliness are the responsibility of each Lady and Gentleman of Frenchman’s Creek. I understand that I will be held responsible for maintaining a clean apartment. This includes but is not inclusive of: taking out the garbage, vacuuming, doing the dishes, picking up my laundry, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchens, not throwing cigarette butts on the ground at the housing complex.

We will be good stewards of the property and resources. We will treat each other with mutual respect. We will speak positively about each other.

Code of Ethics

At Frenchman’s Creek, we understand that social media can be a fun and rewarding way to share your life and opinions with family, friends and co-workers around the world. However, use of social media also presents certain risks and carries with it certain responsibilities. To assist you in making responsible decisions about your use of social media, we have established these guidelines for appropriate use of social media. The use of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogging, Youtube, Myspace, blogspot, chat rooms, or any other social media sites not mentioned to post any parties, get-togethers, etc. related to Frenchman’s Creek or locations within employee housing is not permitted. I will always be fair and courteous of fellow associates, customers, members, suppliers or people who work on behalf of Frenchman’s Creek in respect to my posts. I will also, keep in mind that I will resolve work related complaints by speaking directly with your co-workers or by utilizing our Open Door Policy rather than by posting complaints to a social media outlet. I will not post statements, photographs, video or audio that reasonably could be viewed as malicious, obscene, threatens or intimidates or that may disparage customers, members, associates or suppliers, or that might constitute harassment or bullying. Examples of such conduct might include offensive posts meant to intentionally harm someone’s reputation or posts that could contribute to a hostile work environment on the basis of race, sex, disability, religion or any other status protected by law or company policy.
