All employees are entitled to one (1) meal in the employee dining room. Meal periods apply in all departments to employees who work a shift of six (6) hours or more. You may not eat food prepared in the kitchen, other than what is provided for you in the employee dining room. No food shall be consumed in the member areas and no food shall be removed from the dining room.

Recording Time

If you are an hourly or non-exempt employee, and therefore eligible for overtime pay, you are required to record the time you work. There are four (4) time clocks available to employees to accurately record hours worked, including any overtime hours (regardless of whether prior supervisor approval is obtained). Failure to “ clock in ” or “ clock out ” or excessive “ missed ” punches may lead to corrective actions being taken. Improperly recording your own time or recording the time of another employee will result in immediate termination of your employment. Record your time before and after your shift but not more than seven (7) minutes on either side of your shift. If you are required to work in different departments during your shift, you must clock in and out for each department change. When changing departments, remember to transfer your time to the next department in which you will be working. The department codes are located next to each clock. If the department codes are missing, immediately contact your supervisor or the payroll coordinator to get the department code. Frenchman ’ s Creek ’ s payroll is issued on a bi-weekly basis. Paychecks are issued on Fridays. The pay period begins on Monday and ends on the second Sunday. For example: the pay-period begins Monday, June 3 and ends on Sunday, June 16, paychecks will be issued on Friday, June 21. Paychecks will be available for pick up from your immediate supervisor on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will not be allowed to have someone else pick up your paycheck without prior written authorization from you, submitted to your immediate supervisor or to the Director of Human Resources. In case of an extended absence, your check will either be mailed at your request, or you may authorize someone else to pick up your check (prior written authorization is required). If you leave the property during your shift, get prior authorization from your supervisor and record your time when leaving and returning. Pay Day
