You may elect to receive your paycheck, or you can authorize your pay to be automatically deposited to your bank, credit union or other account by completing a Direct Deposit Authorization Form. It generally takes two (2) pay periods for a Direct Deposit request to go into effect with your financial institution. The required deductions from your paycheck are federal withholding, Social Security and Medicare taxes. All voluntary deductions including dental and medical insurance premiums, supplemental insurance, uniforms, etc. must be authorized in writing.

Every day, each department will have what is referred to as a “ Daily Line-Up ” conducted by the department manager or a representative designated by the department manager. Each department will have staff meetings at least once each month. There will be a weekly meeting of department managers and supervisory staff.

Medical Insurance

Frenchman ’ s Creek provides generous insurance programs. All full-time employees, who work at least 30 hours per week, will be eligible on the first day of the month following the date they complete sixty (60) consecutive days of employment or as otherwise stated based on employment status.

During orientation Human Resources will discuss with you and provide a summary of benefits to you on your health care coverage.

Dental Insurance

Frenchman ’ s Creek sponsors a dental insurance program for all full-time employees. Dependent coverage is available, to be fully paid for by the employee. You will become eligible to participate on the same day as the medical insurance. Benefits are fully described in a Summary Plan Document that will be issued to you and discussed with you during orientation. Summary Plan Documents are available in the Human Resources Department. Frenchman ’ s Creek pays the full premium for a Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy for all full-time employees. All full-time employees become eligible on the first day of the month following the date they complete sixty (60) consecutive days of employment or as otherwise stated based on employment status. The amount of life insurance offered will be discussed with you during your open enrollment period and will be outlined in the benefits guide which will be provided.
