Beverage Station Manual: • Before the beverage station opens, it is very important that everything is ready by 7:00 am • Lemonade, coffee, iced tea, basket filled with bananas, apples and oranges need to be there as well, all different kinds of sugars, a lot of stereophony cups, napkins, straws, lids, bags, gloves and masks. • Newspapers and crossword puzzles. • At the beverage station all items are complimentary. • If we need more fruits we get them from the fridge in the main club • The cups and the bags are stored in the dry storage • Food and Beverage staff open the Beverage station and after breakfast golf staff takes over and closes the Beverage station.
