Lunch Pick-up and Delivery Manual: • Lunch starts at 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. the Sports Bar kitchen must be set up (condiments, soups of the day, etc.…) already. • Taking orders for lunch will be the same as for breakfast.

• While the food will get prepared in the kitchen the staff member who is assigned for packing writes down the name of the member on the bag and starts putting the things together which are not from the kitchen. For example, if members are ordering pastries or gloves etc.) • When the food is ready everything will be packed and checked against the order form to make sure nothing is missing. • The finished bag with the address will be left on the table for the valet drivers to pick it up. • All the lunch orders will be charged as soon as lunch is over.
