• Whoever is working at the Food Truck will ask the member for their member number and write it on an order sheet. Only if they ordered a sandwich or one of the specials - we don’t charge if they just grab some fruits or a pastry • All the orders are going to be charged after the Food Truck closes at 1 p.m. For charging please use Sales Area – 7 Take Out. • At 1 p.m. when the Food Truck closes whoever worked there has to fill out a list with how many of each item have been sold that day.

• To break down the Food Truck all the cold sandwiches and cold daily specials must be returned to the cold kitchen. • The umbrellas must be closed and all the items must be put away before everyone leaves.
