Food Truck Manual: • Food Truck opens at 7.00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. the staff arrival at 6:30 a.m. for set up. • The first thing to do is opening the umbrellas, wipe and sanitize all the tables and to make sure that everything is prepared – bananas, apples, oranges, breakfast sandwiches

and omelets which come from the kitchen and some pastries. Breakfast is complimentary so the members will not get charged for breakfast items.

• At 11:30 a.m. lunch specials will be offered at the Food Truck. By that time the staff must make sure that the cold lunch sandwiches (tuna salad sandwich, shrimp salad sandwich, chicken salad sandwich and egg salad sandwich) and cold daily specials will be picked up at the cold kitchen before lunch starts. • One chef will come to the Food Truck for lunch to prepare the daily specials for members. • If a member wants to have a warm sandwich such as a turkey sandwich or tongue sandwich etc. the Food Truck has a radio there to inform the kitchen in Sports Bar and get the sandwich as soon as possible for the member. • The members can just pick up a sandwich or one of the daily specials that we offer every day and take it home or they can sit down at one of the tables in front of the Food Truck
