Seller’s Lot shall be deferred until the first to occur of either (a) expiration of the Waiver Period without the Seller acquiring title to a replacement Lot or (b) receipt by the Association of a statement signed by the Seller withdrawing the Seller’s Statement. If Seller acquires title to a replacement Lot prior to the expiration of the Waiver Period, Seller shall not be entitled to payment of such returnable Equity, which shall become returnable Equity upon the sale of the replacement Lot subject to the Governing Documents of the Association. During the period of time prior to the acquisition of the replacement Lot, the Owner shall not be a Member, shall not have membership privileges and shall not be required to pay dues. Seller shall acknowledge and agree in the Seller’s Statement that Seller is no longer a Member and that the privileges granted to the Seller to use the Recreational Facilities are suspended until such time as Seller acquires a replacement Lot, at which time all use rights in the Recreational Facilities are automatically reinstated, or the Waiver Period expires, at which time all use rights in the Recreational Facilities are automatically terminated.

LANDSCAPING AND APPEARANCE GUIDELINES
A. Annual flowers must be removed by the end of May or the work will be done at the Owner’s expense by the maintenance crew.
B. No chains or blocking devices of any type are permitted on driveways at any time except during maintenance procedures.
C. All garage doors are to be kept closed except as necessary for ingress or egress.
D. All trash and garbage must be in appropriate containers. Garbage bags should be placed in a can, not on a roadway. Garbage cans/recycling bins should only be placed on the roadside after sunset the day before pick-up and removed by the end of the day of pick-up. E. Additional Rules pertaining to architectural control shall be made and adopted by the Board of Governors or delegated by the Board of Governors to the ARB and shall be published separately. A. No communications may be sent to the membership on behalf of or in the name of the Association except as authorized by the Board of Governors, the Executive Director or a Committee, provided such communication is expressly within such Committee’s functions and duties. B. The mass communication facilities of the Association may only be used by management, the Board of Governors, and the Committees duly appointed by the Board and no Member or other person or entity shall be permitted to use such COMMUNICATIONS
