resolution of a grievance or potential grievance, whether by Senior Management, the Chair or otherwise, the resolution shall be summarized briefly and submitted for inclusion in the files maintained regarding such Member.

XVII. PROHIBITION AGAINST ADVERTISING OR LISTING RESIDENCE FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL OR VACATION SWAP

Notwithstanding any other reference in the Declaration, the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws or these Rules and Regulations to the leasing of Dwellings or the rights and responsibilities of lessees, the leasing of Dwellings and/or the listing of Dwellings on any website or other medium for short term occupancy, swap or vacation rental, such as Airbnb or VRBO, is strictly prohibited.

XVIII. DELIVERY OF BALLOTS (adopted August 20, 2020)

All ballots for community votes of any kind must be submitted by the member with by delivering the ballot in person to the Association’s office or mailing it to the independent auditing firm designated by the Board of Directors to count the vote. Members in residence who are unable to do either of the above may call Security for assistance. Only ballots so submitted will be considered valid and will be counted. Members may not collect, aggregate, or harvest ballots or submit ballots on behalf of other members. (adopted August 20, 2020)
