When our Members and their guests arrive, it is up to you to guide them through the menu. That is exactly what we expect from our service staff. We are not here just to take orders. Our members expectations are much higher. One way to live up to their expectations is how we bring the menu to life by using descriptive adjectives and phrases. It is very important to find out what your guests are in the mood for and make the appropriate recommendations.
There are infinite possibilities for describing our menu. Keep a few things in mind when putting together your own descriptions.
