THE IMPORTANCE OF KNOWING THE MENU
Like everything else, we need to remember that our Food and Beverage mission is to enhance the image of Frenchman’s Creek to its members and their guests, through frequent patronage, maximum satisfaction, and highest perceived value. Knowing the menu like everything else we do, is a piece in the puzzle that goes towards fulfilling our promise to our members. Our Members and their guests who are visiting for the first time will have a lot of questions. We have to be prepared.
The members are going to ask you a variety of questions concerning the menu. Such as the following:
Is the sauce on the side? Is there cream in the soup? How much salt is in the special? Is it spicy? I’m allergic to nuts, does it contain any? Or is it cooked in peanut oil? Is this Gluten Free?
So, it is very important that we are aware, and if you do not know the answer, do not tell the Member something that may not be accurate, especially if it has the potential to affect their health.
