7. Harwood tree branches hanging lower than 8 - feet are trimmed at each detail rotation. 8. Palm tree fronds hanging lower that 20 - feet are trimmed at each detail rotation. 9. All other tree pruning is contracted by the POA, once per year, with a professional and licensed tree service. 10.Diseased and dying trees are removed by the POA. A healthy tree may be removed at the re quest and expense of the homeowner. THE POA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING ANY TREE REMOVED. 11. Plants added to a homeowner ’ s landscape by a third party must be approved by the POA and planted in a location covered by irrigation. The homeowner will be responsible for the expense to add additional irrigation coverage. 12. The POA does not plant flowers around homes. All flowers are the responsibility of the homeowner. The homeowner will be responsible for the expense to add additional irrigation coverage when flowers are planted in areas where irrigation is not provided.
