CONTRACTED LANDSCAPING SERVICES AND GUIDELINES (CON ’ T)

• During Water Restrictions: Landscaping around homes will be watered 3 - days per week for 15 - minutes. The irrigation system will shut down automatically when it is raining. Courtyard homes and Atriums:  Landscape crews must have free and ready access to the courtyard through the front entry.  The POA will not take responsibility for any specimen trees or plants within the courtyard or atrium.  The POA and the contracted landscape maintenance provider will not be held responsible for any accidental damage to personal property located in the court yard or atrium. • The homeowner is responsible to ensure adequate water drainage within the atrium to prevent water flow into the house from the irrigation system. • HOMEOWNERS WITH ATRIUMS ARE STRONGLY URGED TO CAP (REMOVE) ALL IRRIGATION HEADS WITHIN THE ATRIUM TO PREVENT POSSIBLE FLOODING INTO THE HOUSE. •
