REPORTING PROCEDURE:

If an employee has knowledge of or a good faith concern about any Reportable Conduct, the employee shall contact his/her immediate supervisor or the Director of Human Resources, provided that all allegations of Reportable Conduct concerning The Executive Director or members of Frenchman ’ s Creek shall be reported directly to the President of Frenchman ’ s Creek. An employee shall have the right, at his/her discretion, to report any such allegation anonymously. All reports by a Whistleblower to a supervisor shall be promptly submitted, in writing, by the receiving supervisor to the Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for investigating and coordinating any necessary corrective action, except with respect to matters that are required to be reported directly to the President. Written notification of the receipt of any Whistleblower Report shall be promptly provided by the Director of Human Resources to the Executive Director and the President. Promptly after the disclosure of Any Reportable Conduct, other than Reportable Conduct concerning The Executive Director or a member, an investigation of the allegations shall be made by the Director of Human Resources or such other body or individuals as the Executive Director may determine. Reportable Conduct concerning The Executive Director, or a member shall be subject to investigation by, or at the direction of the President. The Whistleblower shall not be required to participate in the investigation of the alleged Reportable Conduct. The scope of such an investigation shall be determined with due regard to the nature of the investigation and the rights of the persons involved. The Whistleblower shall be promptly informed, in writing, of the conclusion of the investigation and the actions, if any, taken as a result thereof, subject to due consideration of the privacy rights of all persons against whom such allegation was made. CONFIDENTIALITY:

Frenchman ’ s Creek recognizes that maintaining appropriate confidentiality is crucial to ensuring that potential Whistleblowers come forward in an open and timely manner. All reasonable steps will be taken to protect the identity of the Whistleblower with respect to any allegation of Reportable Conduct.

PROTECTION AGAINST RETALIATION:

Frenchman ’ s Creek prohibits any form of retaliation against an employee who reports any alleged Reportable Conduct pursuant to this Whistleblower Policy. Prohibited
