Grievances
Sometimes, even in the best run organizations, employees may feel that they have been treated unfairly, or have some other grievance. At Frenchman ’ s Creek, we hold to the philosophy that, in most cases, your problem can be resolved by talking – either with your fellow employees or immediate supervisor. In case you are not satisfied, the Grievance Procedure exists for your protection. Most problems, however, can be resolved in a friendly, informal way by talking it over with your supervisor.
