If you do not qualify for the types of leave described in this policy, Frenchman ’ s Creek may approve a personal leave of absence, depending on your circumstances. Except where mandated by law, Frenchman ’ s Creek cannot guarantee that benefits will continue or that your position will remain open in your absence.
S.
Jury Duty
If you receive a jury summons, notify your supervisor immediately and send a copy of the summons to the Director of Human Resources. You will be excused for the time required for jury duty and will continue to receive full salary and benefits during such duty, less any amount received from the court system. Payment for jury duty will not entitle you to receive more pay than you would normally receive in any one workweek. Upon your return to work, you must provide the Director of Human Resources with an authorization form from the Clerk of Court showing when your jury duty was completed along with any monies received by you from the Court. Frenchman ’ s Creek encourages employees to fulfill their civil responsibilities by participating in elections. Generally, employees are able to find time to vote either before or after their scheduled work hours. If employees are unable to vote in an election during non- working hours, Frenchman ’ s Creek will grant up to one (1) hour either before or after the employee ’ s scheduled work hours to vote on Election Day. Employees should request time off to vote at least two (2) working days prior to Election Day. Time Off to Vote

No employee will be penalized or retaliated against for requesting time off to vote.
U.
Employee Referral Program
Frenchman ’ s Creek strongly encourages employees to refer friends and acquaintances for available positions. The employee making the referral could be eligible to receive a $300.00 reward if: • The applicant indicates the employee as a source of referral on the application for employment; • The applicant is hired for the position; and the applicant remains with Frenchman ’ s Creek as an employee in good standing through the ninety (90) day introductory period.
Employees that refer to seasonal employees, who are returning after the first season, are not eligible to receive a reward for the referral.
V.
Employee Dining Room
Frenchman ’ s Creek has established a temporary employee dining room behind the Human Resources temporary office, which is available to all employees of Frenchman ’ s Creek to use during their meal periods and for breaks. A varied menu is served each day which usually includes the choice of a hot entrée, cold salads, fruits, vegetables,
