Full-Time Hourly (Non-Exempt) Employees
If you are a full-time hourly employee and work on a holiday, you will be paid for the time actually worked, in addition to holiday pay. Your holiday pay will be based on your average workday for the preceding six (6) weeks. If you are required to work on a holiday and work less than four (4) hours, you will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours.

Military Leave
Frenchman ’ s Creek will comply with your rights under USERRA (Uniformed Service Employment and Re-employment Rights Act). Reemployment Right: You have the right to be reemployed in your civilian job if you leave that job to perform service in the uniformed service and: • You ensure that Frenchman ’ s Creek receives advance written or verbal notice of your service; You have five years or less of cumulative service in the uniformed service while with Frenchman ’ s Creek; • You return to work or apply for reemployment in a timely manner after conclusion of service; and • You have not been separated from service with a disqualifying discharge or under other than honorable conditions. If you are eligible to be reemployed, you must be restored to the job and benefits you would have attained if you had not been absent due to military service or, in some cases, a comparable job. If you leave your job to perform military service, you have the right to elect to continue your existing employer-based health plan coverage for you and your dependents for up to 24 months while in the military. Even if you do not elect to continue your coverage during your military service, you have the right to be reinstated in your employer ’ s health plan when you are reemployed, generally without any waiting periods or exclusions. If there is a death in your immediate family, full-time employees, on the first day of the month following the date they complete a ninety (90) day introductory period, are eligible to take up to three (3) consecutive calendar days off per year with pay. The sole purpose of this benefit is so that you may attend the funeral and take care of any necessary obligations. If you are unable to attend the funeral but still request bereavement leave, you must have approval from your immediate supervisor and the Director of Human Resources before this benefit will be paid to you. If the funeral occurs while on leave of absence, vacation time, etc., no bereavement pay will be granted. Immediate family is defined at Frenchman ’ s Creek as: husband, wife, mother, father, son, daughter, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister, brother, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, and spouse ’ s grandparent or grandchildren.
