All suspicious individuals or activities should also be reported as soon as possible to a supervisor. Do not place yourself in peril. If you see or hear a commotion or disturbance near your workstation, do not try to intercede or see what is happening. Frenchman ’ s Creek will promptly and thoroughly investigate all reports of threats or acts of violence and of suspicious individual or activities. The identity of the individual making a report will be protected as much as is practical. In order to maintain workplace safety and the integrity of its investigation, Frenchman ’ s Creek may suspend employees, either with or without pay, pending investigation. Anyone determined to be responsible for threats or acts of violence or other conduct that is in violation of these guidelines will be subject to prompt disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Frenchman ’ s Creek encourages employees to bring their disputes or differences with other employees to the attention of their supervisors or the Director of Human Resources before the situation escalates into potential violence. Frenchman ’ s Creek is eager to assist in the resolution of employee disputes and will not discipline employees for raising such concerns. Excluded from this policy are firearms lawfully stored in employee vehicles pursuant to a valid concealed weapons ’ permit.

A.

Full-Time Employees

Are those who work a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week and are entitled to the benefits under the Frenchman ’ s Creek Benefit Program the first of the month after sixty (60) consecutive days. Full-time employees will be entitled to use their accrued sick time after ninety (90) days and vacation time after one hundred and eighty (180) days of service.

B.

Part-Time Employees

Employees who work less than thirty (30) hours per week are considered part-time. Part- time employees are not eligible for Frenchman ’ s Creek ’ s Benefit Program.

C.

Seasonal Employees

Seasonal employees are those who work with Frenchman ’ s Creek for a period of time. Seasonal employees may be classified as either full or part-time and benefits will apply to the specific classification. Seasonal full-time employees who have worked for six months will have their vacation time paid. Unused sick time will be forfeited and upon rehire will begin to accrue the benefits again. If the seasonal employee is rehired in consecutive seasons without a year break, the employee may use any newly accrued sick time benefits. Accrued vacation may only be used within the club ’ s general vacation policy or prior approval by supervisor. Part-time seasonal employees are not entitled to participate in the Frenchman ’ s Creek ’ s Benefit Program.

D.

Temporary Employees

Temporary employees are employed for ninety (90) days or less, no matter the number of hours worked each week. Temporary employees are not eligible for the Frenchman ’ s Creek ’ s Benefit Program.
