General
You should report any conflict or potential conflict to your immediate supervisor or the Director of Human Resources.
2.
Condition of Employment
Frenchman ’ s Creek expects, as a condition of employment, that each employee shall protect Frenchman ’ s Creek information, avoid undue outside influence upon his/her decisions or actions in the performance his/her work, and avoid situations that unduly deprive Frenchman ’ s Creek of the full measure of his/her working time and attention to assigned duties and loyalty.

Employees Responsibility
It is your responsibility to make such disclosures as Frenchman ’ s Creek may require from time to time. It is also your responsibility to review with your supervisor any activities that might result in a conflict of interest and to be particularly careful to recognize and avoid a conflict of interest which is likely to arise should you:
Be employed by another employer while in the employment of Frenchman ’ s Creek, particularly if the employer is a competitor Hold substantial financial interest in, or be engaged in the management of a business that provides vendor services, or supplies material or equipment to Frenchman ’ s Creek or an entity that does business with Frenchman ’ s Creek Speculate or deal in materials, equipment, supplies or property purchased by Frenchman ’ s Creek Borrow or take money from members or from individuals or businesses from which Frenchman ’ s Creek buys services, materials, equipment or supplies or with whom the Frenchman ’ s Creek does business

Accept gifts or favors from an outside organization or agency which are substantial enough to raise a question of your impartiality in the selection of suppliers Participate in civil, professional, or other such organizational activities in a manner whereby confidential information of Frenchman ’ s Creek may become divulged

Supervisor ’ s Responsibilities
It will be the responsibility of the employee ’ s supervisor to assist the employee by reviewing the case with the appropriate member of Frenchman ’ s Creek management to assure a decision that protects both the employee and Frenchman ’ s Creek.
5.
Conflict of Interest
It will be the responsibility of the employee ’ s supervisor to assist the employee by reviewing the case with the appropriate member of Frenchman ’ s Creek
