Personal Hygiene

Pay special attention to your daily personal hygiene. Brush your teeth. Use deodorant. Keep your hair clean, shiny and brushed or combed. Bathe.

Shirts

Shirts must be tucked into pants, shorts, etc. Shirttails hanging outside of the waistband are not permitted. Employees are not permitted to wear t-shirts while on community property during working hours.

Sunglasses

Sunglasses are not permitted indoors. For those Club employees who are required to work outdoors, you should wear a brimmed hat and/or UV protective sunglass to protect against sunburn and eye exposure. No mirrored sunglasses are allowed. While this list is not inclusive, the management of Frenchman ’ s Creek will not hesitate to discuss with you if you display an unprofessional appearance. Our appearance and dress standards will be subject to change as the need arises. It is everyone ’ s responsibility to consistently meet the community ’ s standards as well as the standards in your specific department(s).

Uniforms issued at hiring must be returned upon termination of employment before an employee receives his/her final paycheck.

DD.

Solicitation and Distribution

While Frenchman ’ s Creek supports active employee involvement in community and charitable organizations, employees may only engage in solicitation in a way that does not interrupt the work of others, does not put pressure on others, and that respects employees ’ wishes and beliefs. To this end and except in the performance of an employee ’ s job duties, solicitation by an employee of another employee is prohibited while either the person doing the soliciting or the one being solicited is on assigned work time. Solicitation by non-employees within the community is prohibited at all times.

Distribution by employees of advertising material or printed or written literature of any kind is prohibited during assigned work time and at all times in working areas of Frenchman ’ s Creek. Distribution of printed or written literature or advertising material of any kind by non employees is prohibited at all times.

For purposes of this requirement, working time means those periods when an employee has duties or tasks to perform, but does not include rest periods, lunch periods, or similar personal time which may be paid time.

Further, employees are not allowed to engage in any solicitation of members for any purpose, including the solicitation of funds for any organization or any request for
