go to the Tab for Fitness and Spa and check out the schedule. Tabs have been created for each major activity and area at FC so that members can easily access any information on news and future events. A Tab for FCTV was also created so that videos of recent events can easi- ly be viewed each day. The Marketing staff and the Department Heads are committed to ensuring that all the information is accurate, relevant, timely and communicated to you in a consistent manner. Our next phase of this initiative is to significantly improve the French- man ’ s Creek App, so that this information can be available interactively throughout the day. Regarding the Brand and Messaging initiative, the MAC launched a project to assess the effectiveness of our brand and marketing message that differentiates FC from other clubs. The goal of the initiative is to ensure that FC is effectively communi- cating our unique value proposition to continue to attract prospective members and ensure that FC continues as the premier club community in South Florida. The first accomplish- ment was the development of what the MAC calls “ Pillars of Value ” at Frenchman ’ s Creek. These key attributes and differen- tiators for our club were used by the Board in the search for a new General Manager. A plan for the next phase of the project has been developed and will continue once the new General Manager is on Board and in place. The MAC will work closely with the new GM on this ini- tiative. The MAC wants to thank Bobbe Wiener for her continued work on producing the very popular FC LIFE each month. We know that many members appreciate receiving their copy each month.
One of the key priorities of the Board for 2021 was to enhance transparency among the membership by improving the internal communications of information. With that goal in mind, the Marketing & Communications Committee (“ MAC ”) was formed with the merger of the Marketing Committee and the Communications Committee. For 2021, the MAC had two priorities: 1. Implement a better way to improve internal communica- tions among members. 2. With all of the pending changes to our community (new clubhouse, new General Manager, record number of new members), begin a project to assess the effective- ness of our brand and marketing message. On the first priority, the MAC, working together with the staff ’ s Marketing team, replaced the previous method of sending multi- ple emails throughout the day to members on community events and notices with one Daily Communications Email. Now, every morning at 7am, an email is sent to all the members that high- lights the following information: • Today ’ s News, which includes all news, announce- ments and key events happening that day and also re- mind our members of the dining venues open. • 7 Day Look Ahead, all of the events that are happening for the next 7 days. • Save the Date, highlighting each day, a few of the many important events coming soon. • Activity Tabs that contain all the relevant information any member would need on a specific area or function. Want to see just the Golf events? Go to the Golf tab and see what is happening. Interested in a fitness class? Just
