The primary purpose of the Legal Committee is to offer guid- ance from a legal perspective to the Executive Director and the Board of Governors with regard to matters that may arise in the governance of the Frenchman's Creek community and to advise them in recognizing where outside legal advice would be advan- tageous.

The Legal Committee is comprised of a number of talented attorneys who provide a valuable service to our community. During the 2021 - 2022 year the members of the Legal Committee were involved in the consideration and drafting of many amendments to the governing documents of Frenchman's Creek and the Employee Handbook and advice as to various matters arising with relation to the Covid - 19 pandemic.

The LINK Committee was a huge success – meeting our goals during another difficult year of a pandemic. All of the Commit- tee members participated in helping to integrate our new mem- bers from the past three years into the Frenchman ’ s Creek life. LINK members organized “ Ladies on the Link ”, book groups, canasta games and lessons, bridge games, cocktail parties, and dinners with the objective to connect our newer member with each other and with other members.

We continue to expand our program with great enthusiasm by both our new members and LINK Committee members.
