interview time periods, that member shall automatically be removed from the Nominating Committee and will be replaced by the next person in line from the previously referred to alternates. Once interviews of candidates have commenced, there shall be no further replacements.

(C) The Nominating Committee shall select, on or before the last Saturday in January, candidates equal to the number of vacancies on the Board of Governors to be filled including vacancies occurring by reason of death, resignation or otherwise. These candidates must be Members of the Association in good standing and may not be Members or spouses of the Nominating Committee or the Selection Committee, or be one of the members of the Board of Governors, or spouses of members of the Board of Governors who will continue to serve in office past the Annual Meeting, and the candidates must also meet all other requirements set forth in these By-Laws.
