• Asking the member what they want and writing the order on an order sheet – always ask if it is pick up or delivery and for what time it should be ready

• For delivery fill in the member address from the directory book. • Make two to three copies of the order and place the copies on the table, the original order sheet stays next to the computer so it can get charged • If there is hot food or a salad one of the order sheets needs to go to the kitchen so they can prepare it
