Breakfast Manual:

• Operation starts at 7 a.m to 11 am. • The first staff member shifts begin at 5:30 a.m. to do the set up. • Bagels must be picked up and being cut • Sports Bar the bar must be open • The beverages must be prepared • The newspapers must be picked up and put on the newspaper stand.

• Preparing the breakfast station (cereals, milk, bread, jam,…) and making sure that we have everything ready before the breakfast starts (fruits, to-go containers, beverages, gloves,…) • Answering the phone: Good morning thank you for calling Frenchman’s Creek (department) this is (name) how may I assist you?
