 Cover fruit and keep if still good for the next day or refill for dinner service.  Either dispose of the remaining beverages or refill for dinner service.  Empty the trash.  Wipe all surfaces.  Clean any equipment used. Put all juices and milk back in the fridge.  Clear lunch cups from bar for dinner service. If there is no dinner, leave cups there.
