ROOMMATES— HOUSING
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The following few pages articulate the rules of living together with your new roommates in the assigned apartments. Roommates work collectively to respect each other’s rights and needs. As well as follow the guidelines provided by Frenchman Creek’s Housing Agreement.
Good roommate relations are the foundation of positive community development in Frenchman’s Creek Housing.
While it’s not necessary to be best friends or share every single aspect of your life with your roommate, it is essential that roommates respect each other’s rights. As you can probably imagine, developing a healthy and positive roommate relationship doesn’t happen overnight; it’s a continuous process, and involves genuine effort of all parties. If employees do not adhere to the housing agreement, they will be asked to vacate our housing and secure their own housing, or they could be dropped from the program and sent home early.
APARTMENT LOCK OUTS: If your room key is misplace your key, Woodbine will charge you $50 on weekdays to open your apartments (and $75 on weeknights and weekends). So please keep your keys safe and with you at all times and contact HR immediately for any concern. ____________________________________ B ED BUGS: Bed bugs are a serious issue. Therefore, it is upmost serious to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the apartments that we have provided to you. Wash your sheets weekly in hot water and do not leave open foods laying around in your rooms/apartments . This can attract ants and unwanted pests.

• Respect the rights of others at all times, including their right to study, rest, and have privacy. • Talk to people, not about people. • Show genuine interest and open-mindedness in exploring beliefs, styles, customs, behaviors, and experiences that differ from your own. • Leave time to get involved in a few house, residence, or workplace activities and be aware of what is going on in your environment.
