We have created this booklet to answer frequently asked questions that you may have about your apartments, pick-up locations, schedule, and lifestyle in the US.
We have over 30 countries represented in our training program and we are excited to have everyone here. We are truly looking forward to your participation and contributions to our community.
Included in this booklet is a brief description of our community, along with helpful information about what to do incase of a personal or medical emergency and important club phone numbers.
This valuable information will help you succeed at Frenchman’s Creek and make your stay in the USA comfortable. Please carry this booklet with you during the orientation week.

Pick up: 8:00 a.m. sharp at Woodbine Club House 8:15 a.m. sharp at Gardens East Documents: Please bring with you on first day of orientation:
- Passport (only for new J-1 and H-2B employees) -Social Security Card (if available and (only for new J-1 and H-2B employees) -DS 2019 (for new J-1 trainees)
