Paula Begel Director, Fitness Center and Spa

Paula was born and raised in Syracuse, NY, and has over 40 years of experience in the Physical Medicine and Fitness Field. She earned her Associate in Applied Sciences degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1992, and has been a Licensed Massage Thera- pist since 1996. Paula is a Certified Holistic and Clinical Aromatherapist, which allowed her to learn and reformulate Spa massage blends and Spa treatments. She also owned and operated Long Life Wellness Medical Spa from 1996 to 2020. Always a versatile Fitness enthusiast, Paul a has also been teaching aer-obics classes of all kinds throughout her life. In a pinch, she can help out as a sub for an Aqua Body Strong class, or teach a Self - Defense Workshop, since she owns a 6 th Degree Karate Black Belt. Paula joined Frenchman ’ s Creek Spa in 2020 as a Massage Therapist. She has quickly grown into the Fitness Center and Spa Director role, and is looking forward to a demanding yet rewarding career.
