e. A fee in such amount as may be set by the Board of Governors may be imposed for any Member who retains the use of an Association owned golf cart overnight, except where such use is approved in advance by the Director of Golf.

f. Golf carts shall be parked or kept in an enclosed garage when at the Member’s residence overnight.

Ranger Operations a.

Rangers act under the authority of the Director of Golf. They are au- thorized to enforce the golf rules and assist play. They may courteous- ly remind players of course etiquette and ask them to be respectful of the courses, golf cart restrictions and other players’ rights. They shall ensure that all players maintain "Pace of Play".

b.

A group shall be deemed to have slowed the "Pace of Play" if:

1.

On holes other than on par 3's, all players in the group ahead are on the putting green and the slow group has not teed off; or

2.

On Par 3's, the group ahead is off the green before the slow group reaches the tee; or

3.

The group behind the slow group is unable to play in a timely fashion for two (2) consecutive holes.

c. If the Ranger determines that a group has slowed "Pace of Play", the Ranger shall request that group to speed up. If after one full hole the slow group has failed to do so, the Ranger is authorized to direct the slow group either to:

i.

Allow the group behind to play through; or

ii.

Pick-up their balls and move to an appropriate position closer to the group in front of them.

d. If the slow group fails to follow the Ranger’s directions, the Ranger is authorized to report the names of the players in that group to the Direc- tor of Golf and the Chairman of the Golf Committee for appropriate ac- tion, which may include referral to the Executive Director and the Presi- dent of the Board of Governors. The first team off each tee has the responsibility to play at a brisk pace so as not to back-up the course.

Golf Handicap a.

All players are required to post an accurate and properly adjusted score to the computer after each round. This includes Match Play
