LOCAL RULES Yardage Devices: Use of distance measuring devices has been approved by Committee. Bulk Heads, Wood Retaining Walls, Roads & Paths: All cart paths & roads along with bulkheads & wood retaining walls are all considered Immovable Obstructions. Relief: The ball may be lifted and dropped, without penalty, at the nearest of relief and within one club length, no nearer the hole. Out of Bounds: North & South: Defined by white stakes, property fences AND North Course: The maintenance road between holes #1 & #9 is not out of bounds. Behind the green on #2 North to the right of the fairway on #8 North. The Tennis Courts behind #11 green and right side of #18 are out of bounds. South Course: The inside edge of the cart path behind #9 green is out of bounds. Sprinkler Heads Close to Putting Green: Relief from interference by an immovable obstruction (Sprinkler Head). In addition, if a ball lies off the putting green but not in a hazard and an immovable obstruction (Sprinkler Head) on or within two club-lengths of the putting green and within two club-lengths of the ball intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole. Relief: The ball may be lifted and dropped at the nearest point of relief and within one club length, no nearer the hole, and is not dropped on putting green. IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS The Construction fence between holes 1&9 on the North Course is deemed an immovable obstruction.
