CLOSING DINNER SB
1- Reset tables for next day.
2- Close roof and the sides.
3- Break down side stations.
A- Clean check folders.
B- 20 resets on each stations
C- Check and clean condiments on tables.
D- Dump breverage station, ice tea, lemonade, ecc.
C- Take rugs and linen down to laundry.
E- Turn off all candles.
4- Break down Bar.
A- Wipe down all the bottles.
B- Wrap individual fruit containers and put in fridge.
C- Restock soda, juice, and glasses.
D- Make liquor requisition for next day bartender
E- Breakdown stations go to dishwasher
F- Put the daily infusions in the fridge.
G- Clean bar mats, all of the them.
H- Clean and put away nut trays.
5- Break down buffet
A- Clean pop corn , yogurt and coffee machine.
6- Turn off all TVs
7- Close dinner shifts and do report.
