CLOSING LUNCH & OPEN DINNER SB
1- Clean breakdown station.
2- Reset all tables for dinner
3- Have prepared 20 resets at each side stations. Clean Check folders.
4- Clean Bar and restock if needed.
5- Clean and refill pop corn, coffee and yogurt machine.
6- Refill breverage station, lemonade, ice tea, ecc
7- Refill pepper, salt and sugar caddies
8- Clean and restock condiments from the tables.
9- Check bathroom.
10- Break down lunch buffet.
11- Close lunch shift report.
12- Set up buffet, check with chef for display.
13- Place buffet menu in the holders and put them on the table.
14- Condiments trays, make sure is full, clean and with product.
15- Set up nuts trays, 2 each side of the bar.
16- Side stations: menus, water, resets, spray, towel
17- Replenish nuts
