Breaking Down Beverage Station

The responsibility of a person who breaks down the beverage stations is to bring the

Raspberry Iced Tea and Crystal Light Lemonade to the beverage fridge in the back office

area and prepare the mise en place for the next day. Among all those drinks, Iced Tea, Iced

Coffee and Arnold Palmer need to be thrown away. It means that we need to provide the

next morning beverage person with 10 pitchers of:



Raspberry Iced Tea



Crystal light Lemonade

Coffee Machines

We have 2 coffee machines in The 19 th Hole, one in the center buffet and one in the ladies

card room and 4 brewed coffee machines. These coffee machines are available for the

members at all times.
