The Grille Lunch Sequence of Service
Server approaches table:
Members seated Folded napkin placed on table. Bring menu- (Depends priced or un-priced)
Member and Guests Greeted by Name and escorted to their table
The Grille ready for Service
1. Warm welcome
2. Fulfill needs
3. Explain menu and
buffet
Server takes drink order and offers the Lunch specials
Clear table ask for coffee, dessert or cookies
Member goes to the buffet and takes the food from buffet.
Waiter takes A la Carte order and put it in the computer
Refill Coffee as needed
After the food arrives to the table make sure you ask the member if they need something else such as refill drink, condiments, etc.
Fond farewell
Reset the tables
Server ring the check
Help your co- workers or clean side station
When member and guest are done with their meal, check if any items need to be packed to go
