The Grille Lunch
Lunch Shift starts at 10:00 a.m. When you come in, you will find a floor plan and your assignment for the opening lunch shift. It is posted on the bill board in the back office area of the Grille Room. The key to get all opening procedures done on time is Team Work . Help each other out if your assignment is done faster. After all opening assignments are completed we will have our pre shift meeting, also known as “ Line Up ”. During this line up the Grille Manager will let us know about any important information necessary for the shift or for the rest of the week. After line up a lunch break is followed for the opening staff. The trainees who started their shifts at 11:00 AM, will ensure that the room is finished by ensuring that every task is completed correctly.
Lateral service is the key to make the operation successful .
Details for the opening and closing side works are posted in the back area of the Grille.
