Lounge The Lounge and Living Room is a place for the members to come and have cocktails and finger foods before they go for dinner. When you work in the lounge we will tell how to set it up. - Prepare the nuts and olives; we have the mixed nuts, peanuts and the olives. - Make sure there is cut lime and lemons. - Prepare iced tea, coffee, lemonade. - Make sure you have all the sodas and juices. - There must be flowers for the passing trays. - Put doilies on the cocktail trays. - Prepare cocktail napkins on 7 inch plates In the lounge we set up a crudités station every night witch is a cheese platter , vegetables platter and crackers. Duties Cocktail: if you do cocktail you always have to take the drink order and make sure you know what the member is saying. Repeat the order is the most important. Put a napkin after you take the order so that the other server will not ask again for the drink. Finger snacks: Always make sure you know what you are serving and how it’s prepared. A lot of the members cannot eat all the foods the kitchen prepares so always make sure you know what you are serving. Keep it Clean: When you work in the lounge always make sure you clean the table of empty glasses, napkins that is used, little black straws and crumbs.
