Beach Club Office Tasks OPENING:

• Walk through the building and complete the opening checklist (Inform engineering department if any equipment needs to be repaired or anything is broken A.S.A.P). Call Engineering 775-6400 EXT. 313 / 336 • Assign opening side work and prepare floor plan (Make sure everyone is working on their assignments). • Conduct line up; inform staff of forecast, upcoming events, daily specials. • Check the weather forecast and informMr. Goswami via email, cover forecast, and reservations etc. • Confirm reservations especially for big events like Le Bar, Stone Crab and Lobster Nights. CLOSING: Lunch: 1) Prepare reports; make sure you have the correct amount of chits, end of shift , all servers report and that the chits are in the right order, e.g. member number from smallest to largest 3029, 3156 etc. 2) Complete: a. Copy the end of ALL SERVER shift on the local desktop. b. Lunch server report and daily report. c. Security Report then to be email to chief of security d. Captains report indicating covers, revenue, average per check, daily specials and members comment either positive/negative.
