The Grille Lunch Sequence of Service

The Grille ready for Service

Members and Guest Greeted by Name. Make sure that everyone is wearing their masks & take the Temperature. Escorted to their table .

Members seated.

Server approaches table: 1. Warm welcome

2. Fulfill needs 3. Explain menu

Server takes drink order and offers Lunch specials. Don’t stand to close to the Members for taking the order.

Clear table ask for coffee, dessert or cookies

Refill Coffee as needed

Waiter takes A la Carte order and put it in the computer.

Fond farewell

After the food arrives to the table make sure you ask the member if they need something else such as refill drink, condiments, etc.

Disinfect the tables with the Sani-Wipes and reset the tables with Rollups.

Help your co-workers or clean side station.

Server ring the check.

When member and guest are done with their meal, check if any items need to be packed to go
