SCOPE OF LANDSCAPE SERVICES ( Provided to Patio, Villa and Town Homes)

The POA maintains the landscape around all Patio, Villa, and Town Homes, including:

Plant detailing and trimming;

• Plant replacement and plant bed cleaning;

Lawn mowing;

•

Irrigation maintenance;

•

• Fertilizing lawns and plant material;

• Lawn and plant weeding and pest control;

• Humane animal trapping and removal;

• Painting the house trim every 3 - years and whole house painting every 6 - years (including roof cleaning) (see notes on page 5 & 6) ; • Maintenance and repair of mailbox and post light; • Pressure cleaning of driveway and front walkway and house gutter cleaning, once per year; • Maintenance and repair of side fences and gates. Fences running along the back of the house yard is the responsibility of the home owner; and • Maintenance does NOT include swimming pools, pool patios, paver or rock paths on the side(s) of houses.
