ABOUT OUR ALTERNATIVE FACILITIES PROJECTS The goal of this brochure is to keep the Members of Frenchman’s Creek informed about the status of the various facilities projects underway. This brochure has been created to give a visual look of the progress and placement to date. There are over 40 structures that are being erected to support the Club in preparation for the demolition of the clubhouse and the construction of the new clubhouse. Coordination with the City of Palm Beach Gardens and local service providers such as Florida Power & Light, Teco for Natural Gas, Seacoast Utilities for sewer and water, Hotwire for Internet, and I-Power for Computer and Point of Sale Capability is on going. Construction plans, structures and infrastructure must be reviewed and inspected by seven municipal departments such as Building, Engineering, Forestry, Police, Fire, Seacoast Utilities and Zoning. Dates stated in this brochure are current best estimates. Updates for members on all projects will be provided every 2 to 3 weeks in the Daily Communication Email.

THE PAVILLION • This will be our indoor facility while the new clubhouse is under construction. • 8,700 sq. ft. - - with 7,700 sq. ft. air-conditioned. • Seating capacity for a la carte’ dining of 175 and seating capacity for events of 400. • Ala carte’ dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. • Card playing and meeting space during non-dining times. • Location for special events and celebrations. • Full kitchen in adjacent trailers. • ADA compliant air-conditioned rest rooms in adjacent building. • 2,000 sq. ft outdoor patio seating overlooking the 10th North tee box. • Valet parking. • Pick-up area for Member take-out orders. • Anticipated opening of July 1, 2022.

POOLSIDE CAFÉ: • Beginning in early April, casual lunch will be served daily. • Dinner will be served several days a week with full bar service. • Seating capacity of approximately 60 with larger capacity for special events. BEACH CLUB • During construction the Beach Club will be open 7 days/week for lunch/brunch and 6 days/week for dinner.

GOLF CAFÉ • Casual dining in an open-air setting. • Serving breakfast and lunch daily plus special evening events. • Seating capacity of approximately 100+. • Beginning in early April, full bar service. BISTRO 19 • Bistro 19 will remain open until Mother’s Day weekend. • There are currently no plans to have the Bistro open during construction.

GOLF OPERATIONS • The temporary Golf Pro Shop location will be adjacent to the Golf Café. • Existing Golf Pro Shop expected to start transitioning to the new location on May 16, and open on May 23, 2022. • Bag drop area and guest check in will be located near the new Golf Shop location. • Golf cart storage will be located at the Golf Maintenance Building. EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION • Located adjacent to POA, on the North driving range. • The Executive Offices for Miles Tucker and Bernie Poselli will open on April 11, 2022. • An Executive Conference room will host Board Meetings and various Committee meetings.

OTHER KEY SUPPORT AREAS • The Food and Beverage offices will be located behind the Pavilion near the tennis courts beginning July 1, 2022. • Human Resources will also be located near the Food and Beverage Offices beginning July 1, 2022. SECURITY GATEHOUSE UPGRADE • The plan is to build a new gatehouse in the same architectural style of the new clubhouse. • No plans have been studied or developed at this time and will not be undertaken until the clubhouse design has been finalized. • Construction of the new gatehouse is not anticipated until late 2024.

NEW CLUBHOUSE UPDATE • The current plan is to have our existing clubhouse completely empty by June 30, 2022. • The Sports Bar will close sometime in early June. • The schematic design phase for the new clubhouse has been completed. • The design development architectural plans are expected to be completed by early May. • Proctor (our pre-construction advisor) will then take 6 weeks to give us an estimated price based on the design development plans. • Demolition of the clubhouse is expected to begin sometime in July in order to be mostly completed before next season starts. • The completion of full construction documents, the choosing of our General Contractor and the signing of aGMP contract is expected to be completed inOctober or November of this year. • At this point we are still projecting a December 2024 completion.
