POA SERVICES The following services are available at the POA Office, located on the west side of the Main Clubhouse by the Golf Pro Shop:

• ADMINISTRATIVE - (copy, fax, scan, e-mail, etc.) • HOUSE WATCH - (monitor home while you are away for any extended period of time) • NOTARIZATION - (appointments are requested for lengthier documents) • MAIL AND SHIPPING - (USPS, FedEx, UPS) • TRANSPORTATION - (to and from the airport, theatre, shopping, Beach Club, Main Club; limo service is also available) • WORK ORDERS - (landscape/irrigation, post lights, pressure cleaning, humane animal trapping, fence repair, mailbox repair)

GUEST RULES - IMMEDIATE FAMILY Immediate family guest residing in the member’s dwelling:

If the member is in residence – the immediate family guest may use the facilities an unlimited number of times when accompanied by the member and thirty (30) days per year when not accompanied by the member. Immediate Family guest not-residing in the member’s dwelling: If the member is in residence – the immediate family guest may use the facilities an unlimited number of times when accompanied by the member and thirty (30) days per year when not accompanied by the member. Immediate family guests may not use the recreational facilities when the member is not in residence. GUEST RULES - HOUSE GUESTS A house guest (other than an immediate family guest) must always be accompanied by a member, and may only use the recreational facilities a maximum of fifteen (15) days per year. GUEST RULES - OUTSIDE GUESTS An outside guest must always be accompanied by a member, and may only use the recreational facilities a maximum of fifteen (15) days per year.

*All guests must be registered by the member at the POA Office. *Guests may not bring guests to use the recreational facilities.

COMMUNITY SAFETY Frequently asked questions WHAT IS TRAFFIC HAWK?

The Traffic Hawk Speed Enforcement System has been a great tool to reduce the amount of speeding on property. Speed limit in the community is 25 mph . We greatly appreciate the efforts of all residents and vendors to maintain a safe speed while driving on property, IS FRENCHMAN’S CREEK DRIVE AND TOURNAMENT DRIVE ONE OR TWO LANES ? These two roadways are SINGLE LANE roads. They are very wide to accommodate pedestrians, cyclists, golf carts, maintenance personnel or security/emergency vehicles. Vehicles should travel in the center of the roadways until they need to move over to accommodate for pedestrians, cyclists, golf carts, maintenance personnel or security/emergency vehicles. There is NO PASSING LANE on Frenchman’s Creek roadways. DO PEDESTRIANS WALK FACING TRAFFIC?

The safe way to walk is facing traffic so you have a visual of the cars ahead of you. Please remember and remind all guests that pedestrians walk facing traffic on the curb side of the road and cyclists ride with traffic while on property. Security staff will be educating guests they encounter walking or cycling in the wrong direction to keep us all on the same page. These encounters typically occurs during the holiday season when guests and relatives are present and are either unaware or forgot. I will continue to direct our officers to be vigilant in “redirecting” our pedestrians to walk in the right direction.

WHAT ARE THE TOP 3 GOLF CART SAFETY CONCERNS? #1 - Underage drivers driving carts In order to keep our children and/or grandchildren safe, it is extremely important they have a driver’s license prior to being allowed to drive a golf cart on property. Should we encounter underage or non-licensed golf cart drivers, we will have them park the cart, provide them transportation to their destination and contact the resident. Please help us by educating your guests and family members of this very important rule. #2 - Overloading Golf Carts and children standing on the back of carts We understand that during the holidays, you may have a large number of family and/or friends visiting at your home. We are all thankful for the opportunity for family and friends to visit. However, this can create situations where you may not have enough golf carts for family/friends to travel on property. We encourage you to contact the golf shop ahead of time and rent a cart while your family/ friends are in town. This helps reduce the situation where guests overload a golf cart to travel on property. Many bad things can happen with children sitting on the laps of adults or standing on the back of carts while driving down the road. You may transport as many people on your cart as can be

seated with their backside safely on the seat. #3 - Golf Carts not stopping at STOP Signs

This is a situation where the person driving the golf cart will pay the ultimate price, financially and possibly, physically. When a golf cart does not stop at an intersection where vehicle traffic exists, they will always lose the encounter. Eventually, the assumption that the other vehicle will stop or slow down will catch up with a driver that takes that risk on a daily basis. For your own safety and that of your passengers, please stop at all intersections with STOP Signs.

Family Breakfast Served daily at 7:00 a.m. in the Main Dining Room, except on December 23rd and 30th. Character Breakfast Friday, December 21st thru Monday, December 31st at 8:00 a.m. Please refer to the Creek Club Recreation Calendar for locations. There will be an area reserved for adults only. The Grille Members and guests over 12 years old are welcome for dinner. MODIFIED DINING SCHEDULE Friday, December 21st thru Monday, December 31st

**A Special Holiday Event** HELP YOUR KIDS AND GRANDKIDS ENJOY THE VALUE OF VOLUNTEERING (Drop in for a few minutes or stay for a while.) Kids of all ages will help the American Red Cross assemble “comfort kits” for people who have lost their homes in a disaster. All items will be at the Creek Club and ready for assembly by our kids. Other fun activities will be provided by the American Red Cross. Students will earn “Community Service” points or credits for school programs. Please bring the service form from your school for validation. If you have any questions, please call the Marketing Office at (561) 868-6383.
