GUESTS

1. Members must register their overnight guests (including immediate family) with the POA Office.

2. When accompanied by the member, immediate family guests may use the Recreational and Clubhouse Facilities (golf, racquet sports, fitness center, beach club, card rooms, and dining areas) without limit. Unaccompanied immediate family guests may use the Facilities a maximum of 30 days per year.

3. Guests who are not immediate family may use the Recreational facilities a maximum of 15 days per year.

4. All guest use of the Recreational Facilities shall be subject to such fees as the Board may prescribe from time to time on a separate fee schedule.
