Community Rules and Regulations Highlights 2023-2024

Dear Members:

As we enjoy another busy year end holiday period (December 16 to January 7) during which family visits will swell our population to its highest point of the season, we would like to refresh everyone’s memory regarding some of the rules and regulations with which all must comply in order t o ensure that residents’ high expectations regarding their enjoyment of the Club’s facilities continue to be met. Members, their families, and their guests are responsible for their understanding of and compliance with these rules. Employees of Frenchman ’s Creek have been charged with the responsibility of advising members of any breach of the rules, and with requesting compliance.

Your attention is directed in particular to the following sections of the booklet:

• Pages 5-7, which detail the requirements for appropriate attire across all areas of the club • Page 10, which includes two new rules regarding the use of the Fitness Center • Page 16, which includes two new rules regarding the use of the Racquet Sports Facilities • Page 18, which includes updated rules regarding card playing.

Please review this updated rules reminders booklet, but please keep in mind that this is not an all-inclusive list; instead only those rules which are deemed to be essential to ensure the common enjoyment of the facilities by all members have been included. Please also note that the rules which appear in BOLD have been added or updated since we last published this Rules Highlights document in the fall of 2022.
