▪ We are finalizing a new “just in time” process for uniforms. In the past, we were storing tens of thousands of dollars in uniforms; with the new system we expect to have a significantly reduced inventory next year. ▪ We started a training process our Valet Contractor (Global Park Services) to improve the member experience. ▪ All HVAC equipment at the Beach Club has been replaced.The system is now 100% operational, and all of the units are receiving appropriate preventative maintenance.
