Board of Governor's Meeting Presentations Tuesday, December 19, 2023

▪ We continue to see improvements and business increases each week in all areas. Food revenues, cover counts in all outlets, and satisfactions scores consistently tracking at targeted goals or higher. ▪ As in other areas, events are in full swing with multiple functions happening weekly and sometimes daily. Private parties in the community have increased as well. Menu concepting is getting more and more focused thanks to great feedback from membership. ▪ We continue to make up ground on the food cost loss in the first two quarters and are now within reach of meeting our year to date budgets goals. We anticipate being able to meet our annual budget in the kitchen with a solid beating budget performance in food revenue.
