2022 MASTER ANNUAL REPORT

4. Increased Transparency. (Achieved & Ongoing)

6. Highly Functioning Board. (Achieved)

Transparency has been increased between the Board and Members via Zoom and recording all Board meetings, reinstituting the monthly “ Meet the Presi- dent ” forums, and my sharing of “ Communications from Members ” before each Board meeting. In addi- tion, the Marketing and Communications Committee has worked with the Marketing Department to devel- op the morning Club Communications email, which provides daily information on all the happenings here at the Creek. An improved website and Mem- ber app are planned for this next year. We increased the visibility and impact of our mem- ber committees through highlights at Board meetings and multiple “ Meet the President ” forums. Our com- munity is enhanced by the work of all of our com- mittees. Thank you to everyone who served on a committee and to all staff members who supported these committees! One area where we fell short was in creating member surveys to give management and the Board a broader view of what Members would like on various aspects of our daily life here at Frenchman ’ s Creek. Something for us to work on in this next Board year. 5. Elevate the Work of the Committees. (Achieved & Ongoing)

We worked together cohesively as a Board on the many different topics and projects at Frenchman ’ s Creek this year. A big thank you to every Board Member!

7. Strategic Plan.

(Yet To Be Achieved) We had planned to begin the process of creating an updated strategic plan for our community, with a base of our Long - Term Projects Plan and with the help of Member surveys. However, given the pivot that was needed to move to a new Clubhouse (vs. the originally planned renovation) and the need to hire a new Gen- eral Manager, starting our strategic plan was put on pause in this last year. So all - in - all a good year. I would like to thank the Board of Governors and the Membership for allowing me to serve this wonderful community as President and I look forward to working with the Board and the community in what I hope to be another productive year ahead.
