EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT BOARD MEETING JULY 25, 2019

Welcome to the July Board meeting!

I. OCCUPANCY: As of July 16, 2019, our occupancy report shows 162 (27%) homes occupied, which is consistent with this time last year at 165 homes occupied.

REAL ESTATE : Inventory summary as of July 16, 2019:  Currently on the market: 21 homes (6 custom homes, 10 patio homes, 3 villas, 1 townhomes and 1 lot)  New Member Contracts pending this fiscal year : 2  New Member sales this fiscal : 11 MARKETING :  Realtor Referral Program continues to draw experienced Realtors from all over the State who are bringing their buyers to Frenchman’s Creek for tours and to preview homes.  We have enjoyed a 59% increase in new Realtor business. We continue to introduce the club amenities and services to new Realtors who will promote to their market segment of buyers. OVERALL OPERATIONS:  Food & Beverage: Operations have been modified to accommodate members in residence and staffing has been adjusted accordingly. All amenities and services are being enjoyed by the summer residents and their visiting family guests. Breakfast and lunch continues in the 19 th Hole with all day dining and casual dining is being offered in the Grille Room with specials from the Grille Room and Beach Club menus.

 Recreational Outlets: Summer programs continue throughout the summer for members’ enjoyment, with activities planned in Golf, Tennis and Fitness.

 Engineering (Home Services): Our Home Services program continues to be utilized with minor repairs, concierge service, and hurricane shutter requests, as we move through the summer months.  Beach Club: The Beach Club will be closed for approximately 6-8 weeks beginning July 8 th for annual maintenance and repairs. This will include relocating the laundry to the main club and upgrading the cooler/freezer to comply with the
