We worked during the off season developing a "Save the Date ” listing for every planned event. This was well received by the membership as it gave them the opportunity to plan for the upcoming season of events. This also gave members the infor mation about each event so they were able to know what they could expect from each event and plan for those events they had interest in attending. Our season calendar of events was very well received by the membership. Our Opening Welcome Back Party was success ful, thanks largely, to management who did an outstanding job in the execution of the event. They proved to the membership that our temporary facility (Pavilion) was able to accommodate a sellout crowd and is a great venue for our special events. Our signature New Year's Eve Party was a great way to end our 2022 season and received rave reviews for both the Family and Adult Parties. Our annual Carnival during the holiday season was a great hit with over 400 members and their families at tending the festivities.

Every event we have had has been a success. Our Cabaret events at the Beach Club have had record attendance, as have our Head liner series at the Pavilion. The Bronx Wanderers and Off Broadway Magic Sensation Asi Wind played to sold out audienc es and proved to be some of the highlights of the season.Our up coming Studio 54 dance party should prove to be a memorable night. And our Closing Party will be the perfect way to end our season. The committee is working on the schedule of events for 2023 2024. We are in the process of interviewing talent and will keep the momentum going as we will again present an outstanding series of events that will not only meet, but will exceed, mem bers ’ expectations.

The External Affairs Committee continues to focus its primary effort on the Town of Juno Beach. We are attending all Town Council meetings in person and making efforts to reestablish our strong relationships with the Juno Beach community. Our hope is to develop exceptional relations with the Juno Beach communi ty.

Unfortunately, we were forced to cancel our annual luncheon due to facility constraints but will be planning an event soon.

During the Summer and Fall of 2022, the Fitness and Spa facili ties were refreshed with a new coat of paint, and the replacement of ceiling tiles and carpeting. With the demolition of the club in progress, the Front Foyer entrance was closed, and this space was designated for card playing. The Fitness Center and Spa Facilities are gradually returning to pre - COVID activity. Many of our members have returned to use the Fitness Facility and its trainers, equipment and group classes and the Spa technicians and their services. The attendance at in door group classes has returned to pre - COVID numbers, and the pool classes have surpassed pre - COVID numbers. Several addi tional group Pilates classes, as well as an additional Pilates con tractor, were added in response to the demand for these classes.

A weekend guest yoga instructor was well received and her clas ses well attended. The Spa operations added new products and services to their menu. Requests for services are gradually increasing. Two addi tional Spa Days were offered bringing the total to four. Trunk shows were reintroduced. The membership was delighted to have these shows return. The desire to remain healthy continues to thrive at Frenchman ’ s Creek, and our staff and contractors continue to keep the health and wellness of our members at the forefront of our operations.
